REMOVAL OF COVID TEST SITE AT DITTON

INFORMATION REGARDING THE COVID LOCAL TEST SITE AT DITTON COMMUNITY CENTRE CAR PARK:-

The test site has been in the car park since last

December and it has been well used and hopefully been a help to the community in the battle against Covid. Now that restrictions are lifting and the Community Centre is getting busier the Council has given notice to the NHS to remove the test site. It was a difficult decision to ask it to be removed but the site is definitely quieter and not so busy now.

We have been advised that the testing site will close on Monday 6th September and then it will be removed over the course of the week. The car park will then be reinstated to how it was.
