PLANNING APPLICATION FROM LIDL AT FORMER KIA SITE ON LONDON ROAD. The Parish Council and neighbouring properties have been notified that a full planning application has been submitted to TMBC from Lidl to demolish the existing buildings and erect a Class A1 Foodstore and Associated Parking. A copy of the information sent to the neighbours is attached. If you wish to make comment, please do so on the TMBC Parish Portal under application no. You can also send a copy of your comments to the Parish Council and it will take them into consideration when it makes its own comments [email [email protected]]. The Parish Council will be asking for an extension to the time allowed for comments as currently the deadline is 11th January. If an extension to time is granted we will publish this and advise which at which meeting the Parish Council will be discussing the application.
