UPDATE ON DITTON EDGE:
Outline Application: Development of the site to provide up to 300 dwellings (Use Class C3) and provision of new access off Kiln Barn Road. All other matters reserved for future consideration at Development Site South Of Brampton Field Between Bradbourne Lane And Kiln Barn Road Ditton Aylesford Kent - Application TM/18/02966/OA
For those that have already commented on this application, you should receive a copy of the letter attached advising that this application is likely to be heard at the next TMBC Area 3 Planning Meeting on 19th November [meeting to start at the earlier time of 6.30pm]. It also advises what you need to do if you wish to speak or send in a statement to support your comments. For anyone that wishes to speak or send in a statement, details are given on how to do this in the letter.
Ditton Parish Council continues to object to this application in support of the many concerns raised by our residents because of the negative impact this amount of development would have on the village, in particular the increase in traffic to our already congested roads. A member of the Parish Council will be speaking to give the Council's objections at the meeting.
