Oaken Hall 

This hall has maple strip flooring which means that it is suitable for dancing. There is a large stage which can accommodate a full Orchestra.

The hall can hold a maximum of 400 people depending on the type of event required. (For example, up to 280 people seated for a full scale dinner.)

Being 100ft x 60ft and with high ceilings, the hall is an excellent location in which to hold markets, exhibitions and sporting activities.

Adjoining the Oaken Hall is a fully licensed bar, staffed by fully experienced personnel who are used to busy occasions. There is a fully equipped kitchen to provide catering for large functions. (Scroll down for hire fee information.)

Acorn Room

This room, which is 28ft x 15ft, does not include a licensed bar and is ideal for small children's parties, meetings or for use as a dressing room in conjunction with the main hall, or for any other purpose not requiring a bar facility.

Included is an integral kitchen area, which is equipped with cutlery and china to cater for fifty people, this being the maximum number of people allowed for this room.

Don Carman Hall

This room is used for more informal functions and can hold a maximum of 100 people.

This hall was named after the late Donald Carman MBE in honour of his 57 years as a Councillor for Ditton Parish Council.

Donald Carman was the longest serving Councillor. He joined the Parish Council in 1946 and served as a Member without a break until 2004. The hall was originally named 'The Carman Room' in 1979 in recognition of his work with the Council. When the hall was refurbished in 2003 it was renamed 'The Don Carman Hall'.
