Members of Ditton Parish Council and Ditton Twinning Association visited our twin town of Rang du Fliers over the weekend of 13th and 14th July to join them for the Bastille service and celebrations. We were very well entertained and looked after by our French friends on the Saturday evening and again on the Sunday we were provided with an excellent lunch after the formalities of the morning which involved laying of wreaths at their War Memorial and the Place de la Paix in the square and then a display by their majorettes and band.
