PLANNING APPLICATION AT COBDOWN LODGE, LONDON ROAD
An application has been submitted - TM/21/00205/FL - for the demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of 2 x 1 bedroom flats and 4 x 2 bedroom flats within new residential building. Creation of 8 parking spaces, cycle parking and refuse storage areas. Associated hard and soft landscaping.
A similar application was submitted last year for 9 flats at the same location. The previous application was refused by TMBC and an appeal was also refused.
Ditton Parish Council objected to the previous application and will be objecting to this new application on the same grounds as before, mainly traffic, pollution, unsafe access and detrimental affect on this historic area.
