HALLOWEEN UPDATE FROM LOCAL POLICE

This year, understandably, many won’t want to answer their door to trick or treaters due to the potential of corona virus transmission.

Even without the threat of coronavirus some of our vulnerable residents may become upset at the prospect of strangers at their door.

Whilst the majority of trick or treaters are younger children and accompanied by their parents, I do appreciate that there will be some who will behave anti-socially, and this will be a worry for many.

Please find attached a poster that residents can place in their windows. PCSO’s will also be distributing to local shops and pharmacies for community members to pick up.
