The deadline for the Parish Council to submit its comments to Outline Planning Application TM/18/02966/OA is today (24.01.29). Following consultation with the Planning Officer at TMBC, the Parish Council was advised that it would be receiving further documentation for this application. The Officer also advised that the Parish Council could submit a "holding" objection and then submit a further more detailed objection in due course to allow more time to fully consider all the concerns raised by residents along with all the information now received. Therefore the Parish Council has submitted its brief "holding objection" as below and will be submitting further comments when it has had chance to review the additional information just received along with the many objections/concerns from residents. The Parish Council has also been advised that this Application has been "called in" to be heard before the Committee and it is likely to be heard at the meeting planned for 21st March 2019. As soon as the Parish Council submits a more detailed objection, it will be copied to the parish council website along with any other information about this application that may be made available to the Parish Council.
